About Me

I have worked as a teacher for over 30 years, and have taught from year 0 to year 12. I have always been drawn to working with children who learn in non traditional ways and who are "outside the box".

I have been dedicated and determined to bring joy and success, to the learning experience.

I grew up on a farm in Northland, New Zealand, and have a real passion and affinity, for animals and the natural world.

My most recent projects are two Alphabet books called "Anton’s Alphabet". They incorporate strong visual images, rhyme, song, and action to deliver a fun alphabet experience for children of all learning styles. They provide a strong literacy foundation on which children can build their future learning.

My goal now is to continue publishing, and to set up an Art and Animal Therapy Centre.
